Now, he's the janitor.
What did he do to be so demoted???

Mr. Boyd was always a janitor in Seasons 3-6 (I'm an expert on Barney, so I know). He became a sort of Park Ranger in Seasons 7 and 8. After that, he became a photographer supposedly before his appearance in "Best of Barney."
