Process theologians see God as constantly issuing a call to the world at each instant of process, which they refer to as God's "initial aims". This moves away from the idea of God as a magician in the sky who somehow either intervenes or doesn't, or communicates with us or doesn't. Instead, God is constantly active in a sort of dance with creation, offering creative novelty in order to draw the world out towards greater enhancement of experience.

So yes, I believe that God is still speaking.Mystical Seekerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10828225180668865911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7587459.post-62888765705557958332007-07-13T12:04:00.000-05:002007-07-13T12:04:00.000-05:00I see so much revelation through sciencePrecisely!...I see so much revelation through science

Precisely!faustohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08858053354116695746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7587459.post-35361159986302651342007-07-12T12:32:00.000-05:002007-07-12T12:32:00.000-05:00Curiosity: What seminary was this at which your pr...Curiosity: What seminary was this at which your professor had the magisterial status to make rules for God?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7587459.post-81674243957474397642007-07-12T11:54:00.000-05:002007-07-12T11:54:00.000-05:00Truly, the world is more open this way!
